Mr Chandhok, worked in Hospitality for over 2 decades, before turning into an Author, Academician, Corporate Trainer & Hospitality Consultant. In 2015 Mr Chandhok formed ”Building Block Customer Services LLP” to help Students, Teachers, Professionals & Organizations succeed by focusing on Training, Customer Centricity & Leadership. Mr Chandhok has trained some of the leading Hotels & Restaurant brands in Asia. He is also a Corporate Trainer to various Global leading companies for developing Customer Centricity.

Mr Chandhok is an alumni of IHM Pusa & has been a visiting faculty at IHM Pusa for Msc in Hospitality Administration for 15 years and is a sought after speaker at many Hotel Management Institutes across the country like ManavRachna, Indian Culinary Institute, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Le Cordon Bleu, UEM Kolkata etc. He is also been a Food Safety Master Trainer for FSSAI. Mr Chandhok is a passionate Musician / Artist & loves to play Tennis & Badminton.
